Julia and me live in a lovely bright apartment that has 2 bedrooms, a little guestroom (that we use for friends and family), a big living room with two couches, a bathroom with bathtub and a cute eat-in kitchen.
Starting in November I will take some time off and go travel we are looking for someone to live with my adorable flatmate Julia.
The room you would be staying in is located towards the street. The windows are super well isolated though you shouldn't have a problem with a little bit of noise.The room will be completely furnished with a 180x200cm bed, a closet, a rail for your clothes and a dresser that you can use. I can make as much room for your stuff as you like!
The apartment is super well located. You can find the parc Volkspark Friedrichshain to chill (okay in winter is rather unlikely but still nice for a walk) or go for a run. The bus 200 takes you straight to Alexanderplatz with the station right in front of the house. You can aswell use the Tram M10 (3minutes away) to reach Mitte and Friedrichshain or the S-Bahn Greifswalderstraße (10min away) so there are plenty of options.
The supermarket Netto and Lidl are basically right in front of the house and within 5 minutes walking you can find Kaisers or Rewe. There is also a little shop with fresh stuff that is open sundays...
The next Späti is also right at the corner as well as the gas station across the street.
If you are looking for nice Cafes or restaurants close by I recommend the "Bötzowkiez" that is full of them and very close by.
Julia and me met when we were both living in Montreal so we've been friends for some time and moved in together in March this year. We have a vegan household and we would like to keep it like that, veggie is fine too but meats in the fridge are not an option. Are you okay with that?
We like cooking deliciously, having a glas of "whatsoever" or two, talk and laugh, go to the parc, dance, discover new places and so on... But we can also give each other space if needed. Our home is mostly a place to relax.
Julia will be in India until the end of November so in the beginning you might be here by yourself or with someone living in Julias room.
I will be traveling certainly until the end of January. Since we have a guestroom you can also extend your stay a bit if needed.
