Cosy, bright room for one person available for short-time let in an apartment located in the quiet neighborhood Buckow, Süd-Neukölln. The apartment holds 3 bedrooms in total – 2 singles and one double. Thus, the room would be a part of a shared apartment, where the common area, kitchen and bathroom are shared among all lodgers. The common area takes up most of the space in the flat (ca. 90 sum) and is those the natural center of our flat. The apartment is an newly renovated old book printing shop and thus has some loft character. You would have the opportunity to use the garden with us as well.
3 young and friendly professionals are currently renting 2 of the rooms – one single and a couple. The apartment also holds a small office for a registered anti-corruption organization, in which two of the young professionals work part-time. As such, some activity during office hours is to be expected in the office and common areas.
As a residential area, Buckow is well connected with public transport (busses and the U7), has a good selection of grocery shops around (in addition to the shopping center, Gropius Passagen), and offers havens of nature and wildlife, such as for instance the nearby Britzer Garten.
The available room is ideal for a young professional or a student who enjoys socializing and keeping a clean and tidy space. We are doing some activities over the weekend together but also enjoy having dinner together. We are looking forward to hearing back from you.
