Ab dem 1.9. (früher ginge auch) suchen wir nach einem neuen Mitbewohner für unsere schöne 4er WG Nähe Platz der Republik.
Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 18qm groß und komplett möbliert, d.h. Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Regal und eine kleine Couch und Couchtisch sind im Zimmer.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist um die 100qm mit einem kleinen Esszimmer und einer vollausgestatteten Küche, die also Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle etc. umfasst.
Toilette und Dusche sind im ganz typisch im Frankfurter Stil geteilt, was es morgens eigentlich ziemlich praktisch macht.
Im Eingangsbereich und in den Zimmern sind überall Holzböden.

From September 1 (if you want to move in earlier let me know, that shouldnt't be a problem either) we're looking for a new flatmate in a super 4er WG near Platz der Republik.
The room is about 18sqm and fully furnished (see the picture for the furniture, it includes a bed, desk, cupboard, little sofa and a wardrobe).
The flat is ca. 100 sqm with a common dining room and a fully equipped kitchen including stove, fridge, microwave, etc.
The bathroom (with shower and basin) and the toilet are separated, which makes the shared use in the morning really practical.
Entrance and sleeping rooms have a wooden floor.
Die Wohnung ist superzentral gelegen: Gerade mal 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Hauptbahnhof, von wo man überall sehr schnell und unkompliziert hinkommt (mehrere SBahn-Linien und U4/U5).
Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist "Platz der Republik" und ungefähr 30m entfernt (Linien 11-16-17,21).
Außerdem bist du sehr nah am Bahnhofsviertel, wo es viele internationale Restaurants und die coolsten Bars der Stadt gibt ;)
The flat is located in a very central area, just 5 min walking-distance from the sentral station. That means you have a direct connection to a lot of different parts of the city thanks to the s-bahn lines and the U4/U5, which all stops at Hauptbahnhof.
The tram-stop "Platz der Republik" is 30 meters next door (Lines 11-16-17-21)
You'll be on the edge of the Bahnhofsviertel which is full of international restaurants and where you find the coolest bars in town.
Du wirst dich in unserer WG sehr schnell zu Hause fühlen, bei uns geht es sehr offen und freundlich zu. Du wirst dir die Wohnung mit Dominika, Tobi und Alex teilen, die alle in verschiedenen Bereichen arbeiten.
Wir verbringen gern mal Zeit zusammen und kochen oder trinken ein Bierchen zusammen, allerdings kann man sich auch gern einfach zurückziehen und seine Ruhe haben :)
You'll be welkome in an open minded and friendly environement.
You're going to share the flat with Dominika, Tobi and Alex, all working in different fields.
We like to spend time together, cooking and have a drink now and then but you will have also your privacy whenever is required.
In der Miete ist außerdem enthalten:
- die Nutzung der Möbel
- wöchentliche Putzkraft, die die Common Areas saubermacht
- Internet/ Wlan
Wie bereits oben geschrieben, solltest du früher in das Zimmer wollen, ginge das auch. Das können wir dann aber noch mal besprechen.
Wenn dich das anspricht, dann schick mir doch einfach eine Email, in der du ein bisschen über dich schreibst, was du so machst, und warum es dich nach Frankfurt verschlägt. Facebook Links sind natürlich auch immer willkommen, damit wir uns ein erstes Bild von dir machen können :)
