meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung ist wirklich schnuckelig, zwischen Weinmeisterstraße und Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz gelegen und vom 21. März bis zum 21. Mai frei. Wir könnten aber auch nochmal über die genauen Ein-/Auszugszeiten verhandeln :)
Es ist alles da, was man so braucht. Die Küche ist im selben Raum wie das Bett, nennt sich scheinbar "Studio". Ansonsten ist die Gegend sehr ruhig und eher schick, Mitte-Feeling eben.
Ach ja, du müsstest ab und zu meine Pflanzen gießen, das wäre super.
