I am Sandipan Sen, a 22 year old student from India and I have been recently admitted to Masters in metallurgical engineering at RWTH Aachen for the winter semester of 2014 - 2015. I will be staying in Aachen for 2 years during the period of the masters course.
I was looking for a room to stay during this period either on a long term or short term basis when I came across your advertisement. I will be arriving in Aachen in August, 2014 and I will require the room from that time onwards. I also wanted to know about the terms and conditions for the leasing of the room if available.
