Aktuell wird eine Wohnung gesucht, die geeignet für eine 2er WG ist.
Gesucht wird ein Untermieter / Untermieterin - ggf. auch zeitweise (Azubi, Praktikant, Student, Handwerker).
Die Wohnungen in diesem Viertel sind typisch und sehr ähnlich mit einem meist sehr kleinen Flur, zwei nahezu identisch großen Zimmern 14...16 qm, Küche und Bad ausgestattet.
Die geschlossene Bauweise der Häuser führt zu tlw. sehr angenehmen und geschützten Hinterhöfen, die sehr intensiv zum Grillen genutzt werden (Das ist halt Thüringen).
Die Wohnung wird sich im Arnstädter Bahnhofsviertel befinden (Mozartstraße, Richard-Wagner-Str., Arnsbergstraße, Thomas-Mann-Straße). Die Nähe zum Bahnhof beträgt zu Fuß ca. 1 - 5 min.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Getränkemarkt im Viertel, Supermärkte (Netto, Rewe) sind zügig zu Fuss erreichbar.
Ich arbeite ab August 2017 für einen Zeitraum von ca. 2 Jahren in der Region und möchte nicht alleine wohnen. Daher entschied ich mich zur Gründung einer WG.
