Nice furnished room in a 90 sqm flat from 1952. All rooms have access to the balcony that goes around the flat. There is a big living-room, split into sitting/dining area and workspace. It has a bathroom with bathtub, an extra toilet and big hallway. Equipped kitchen with extra food-storage room. The flat is sunny and has a lot of plants and a cat (things to consider if allergy is there).
The location is central, 3' walk to Victoria station, 3' walk to museo archeologico, 5' walk to Exarcheia. Big park is also 5' walk and sport facilities (track & field - swimming pool).
About me; I'm 37 years old, working full-time in IT and I prefer to have a relaxed atmosphere at home. Clean & tidy should be the normal, but random chaos is ok. Dinner/party is ok too but let's keep it quiet during weekdays. It's not a purpose WG so some communication should be there but of-course, private space and time is respected.

The flat is in the Museum district, which is a part of Victoria square area. Very close to museo arheologico and Exarcheia.
3' mins walk to Victoria station (green line)
No purpose WG - communication & 'synchronization' should be there, at least for the basics.
