Das Zimmer hat eine Außenwand zur Südseite mit 1 großen Fenstern und einen Heizkörper. Die Fenster dämmen Lärm von draußen fast vollständig ab. Das Zimmer ist fast quadratisch und dadurch sehr leicht einzurichten.
Die Wände des Hauses sind recht dünn deswegen sind Feiern nicht wirklich geeignet ohne das die Nachbarn sich beschweren.

The room has a south-facing exterior wall with 1 large windows and a radiator. The windows almost completely block out noise from outside. The room is almost square and therefore very easy to set up.
The walls of the house are quite thin, so celebrations are not really suitable without the neighbors complaining.
Vor der Tür ist ein Dönerladen. Ca 3 min Geh Entfernung gibt es DM, Netto und Rewe. Baumarkt und MediaMarkt sind auch vorhanden.
Die Innenstadt ist ca 10 min zu Fuß entfernt.

Frage: Wie wird eine Küche dazu Boden geputzt? Was mache ich, wenn ich mein Geschirr später waschen möchte? Keine Spülmaschine.
Suche Leute die bei Ihren Eltern im Haushalt helfen.
"Es wird eh wieder dreckig, lass es doch einfach so ." wird nicht geschätzt.
Meine zwei Mitbewohner werden dieses Sommersemester gehen. Deshalb brauche ich zwei Neue.
Meiste Zeit bin im meinen Zimmer und zocke oder in der Uni(falls das klappt). Falls du Fußball spielst und du noch nen Mann brauchst, bin ich verfügbar. Oder zum trinken.
WG-Leben ist chillig( bin ja bald der einze dort). Ich teile meine Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Gemüse und mein Reis mit allen.
Falls du Fragen hast mit Papieren, Arbeit etc. kannst du mich immer fragen.
Waschmaschine ist vorhanden.
Um ein sauberes und Schönens Umfeld zu haben, wird die Küche und der Flur einmal in der Woche geputzt.
Das Bad wird einmal im Monat geputzt.
Bitte lass das Geschirr nicht länge als 1 Tag stehen.
Ich Versuche auch gerade das wir einen besseren Tarif für Strom bekommen, da wir zurzeit 70€ pro Monat zahlen 💀

My 2 room mates will be leaving this summer semester. So I need two new ones.
Most of the time I'm in my room and gamble or at the university (if that works). If you play soccer and you still need a man, I'm available.
WG life is chilled cause I am almost alone there. I share my onion, garlic, veggies and rice with everyone.
If you have questions about papers, work etc. you can always ask me.
Washing machine is available.
In order to have a clean and beautiful environment, the kitchen and the hallway are cleaned once a week.
The bathroom is cleaned once a month.
Please do not leave the dishes for more than 1 day.
