da ich ein Praktikum am Anfang des Jahres mache, wird mein schönes Zimmer von März bis ende Mai zur Untermiete frei. Allerdings ist auch ein bisschen früher (15.2.) oder später möglich :)
Das 15m² Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster, durch das Nachmittags viel Licht fällt. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Sofabett (140x200cm), einem großen Kleiderschrank und einem Schreibtisch mit Regal.
Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock, hat einen langen Flur, eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, eine Abstellkammer und Wohnzimmer mit Couch und Fernseher. Wir haben ein Bad mit Duschwanne und eine getrennte Toilette, was besonders am Morgen die Lage deutlich entspannt. Im Bad befindet sich außerdem noch eine nagelneue Waschmaschine.

Since I am doing an internship in spring, my room will be available for rent from March until the end of May. However, the move in date can also be a a little sooner (beginning 15.2) or later is also possible :)
The 15m² room has a large window, through which you get a lot of light in the afternoon. The room is furnished with a sofa bed (140x200cm), a huge wardrobe (can be utilized for storage as well!) and a desk with a shelf.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor, has a long hallway, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a storage room and living room with couch and TV. We have a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet, which makes for a relaxing morning start since we aren't in each other's way. The bathroom also has a brand new washing machine.
Die Lage ist wirklich top. Zu Fuß bist du in ein paar Minuten in der Innenstadt bei den vielen Bars, Cafes und Restaurants. 4 Minuten Fußweg entfernt liegen DM, Rewe, Netto und Denn’s Biomarkt. Auch zur Uni sind es mit dem Rad nur rund 10 Minuten. Die Nähe zum roten Main und zum Mistelbach laden zum Joggen oder Spazieren ein.

The location of the apartment is really great. On foot you will be in the city center in a few minutes, where there are many hip bars, cute cafes and yummy restaurants. DM, Rewe, Netto and Denn's Biomarkt are also just a 4 minute walk away for convenient grocery shopping. As well, it is only about 10 minutes by bike to the University or the Röhrensee, with the Hofgarten a short 5 minute bike ride through the city center. The close proximity to the Red Main and the Mistelbach, along with its easy accessible pedestrian paths, invite to jogging or walking.
Du würdest dir die Wohnung mit (erstmal) einem teilen:
Hannes, (24 Jahre) studiert im 5. Semester Gesundheitsökonomie. Davor hat er eine Ausbildung zum Physiotherapeuten abgeschlossen (sehr praktisch by the way). Wenn Hannes im Klausurstress ist, backt er gerne mal für die WG seine berühmten Schokoladenmuffins (der Hammer!), die wir dann gemeinsam zum Nachmittagskaffee essen.
Thekla (26) wird ab April wieder da sein. Sie studiert auch Gesundheitsökonomie, ausserdem hat sie eine Ausbildung zur Krankenschwester gemacht und arbeitet ein paar Tage im Monat im Starnberger Krankenhaus. Sie liebt die Berge und Schifahren und macht geile Spätzle für uns, wenn wir sie nett bitten.
Ansonsten kochen wir zusammen, schauen gerne Serien oder machen einen Spieleabend. Für einen gemütlichen Abend bei Bier oder Wein sind wir auch gerne zu haben :)

You would share the apartment with one boy guy right now (my other housemate will arrive mid April):
Hannes, (24 years old) is studying health economics in the 4th semester. Before that, he completed a training as a physiotherapist (very practical by the way for when you're active and injure yourself- has happen plenty to me and I was extremely happy to have him around and have him take care of me!). Stressed Hannes (during Finals week) likes to procrastinate by baking his famous chocolate muffins for everyone, which we then eat together.
Thekla (26) will be back from April. She also studies health economics and has trained as a nurse before. She works a few days a month at the Starnberg hospital, as she is from this area. She loves the mountains and skiing and makes amazing 'spaetzle' for us if we ask her nicely.
Otherwise we like to cook together, watch diverse TV series or have a game night. Like real students, we are always down for a beer or wine. Also Hannes likes Whiskey and tries to make his housemates appreciate it :)
