Ich suche eine Nachmieterin oder einen Nachmieter für mein WG-Zimmer in Bayreuth. Mit mir wohnen hier noch 3 andere Mädels und zwei Katzen. Wir wohnen in der Nähe von Bahnhof, die Bushaltestelle ist gleich vor der Türe. In die Stadt sind es ca. 15 Min. Gehweg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen 5 Min. zu Fuß entfernt. Im Hof ist ein Parkplatz und wir haben einen riesigen Balkon auf dem gerne ein paar Bier getrunken und gequatscht wird. Da in der WG geraucht wird, kann es für Nichtraucher eventuell unangenehm sein, wenn die Luft in der WG mal etwas dicker ist :D es wird aber schon darauf geachtet genug zu lüften etc. Auch ist die WG sehr gesellig, was bedeutet, dass am Wochenende oft Leute da sind. Für kommunikative Menschen optimal! Die Warmmiete mit Strom, W-LAN, GEZ-Geraffel und allem drum und dran beträgt 317€
