A spacious and well-lit 24 sq mt room with balcony on the 2nd floor. You will have a bed, wardrobe, court rack, couch, TV and a work desk setup and ready to use. Apart from that, you will share with the other flatmate both an old but well-equipped kitchen with fridge, washing machine, toaster, microwave, etc. and a bathroom
The house is situated on a quiet street in Wedding. Closest U-Bahn connections are Leopoldplatz (U6), and Nauener Platz (U9). It is also well connected via the Wedding S-Bahn, and the Osram-Hofe tram stop (M13, and 50). All of these are accessible with a 10-minute walk. You will also find Netto, Rewe, and smaller Turkish markets for your general lebensmittel purposes. A bakery right across the road makes for easy snacks and delicious bread!
You will share the flat with Bernardo, a working professional who is quite friendly and also gives you ample amounts of space in the WG to unwind by yourself.
