Die Kaution beträgt 950€ und es gibt eine Servicegebühr in Höhe von 100€, beides ist vor dem Einzug zu bezahlen.
Unsere Küche ist voll ausgestattet, sodass du nichts mehr besorgen musst, um direkt kochen zu können.

Room 2 - 9 m² - 590€
Minimum rental period: 6 months
Registration is possible!
The rooms are modernly furnished and fully equipped for your comfort.
The monthly price includes all additional costs (heating, electricity, internet, GEZ fees). Washing machine, freezer and refrigerator as well as household goods are available.
The deposit is 950€ and there is a service charge of 100€, both to be paid before moving in.
Our kitchen is fully equipped, so you don't have to buy anything to be able to cook straight away.
