I am subletting my spacious attic room. I will visit Korea due to work.
So we are looking for someone calm and clean :)
Room is available from the beginning of February. There might be a possibility to extend the period for a couple of months.
Period is Flexible
Rent is all included and deposit can be discuss
There are two lakes near our flat. Obersee is beautiful for walking. If you go further there are more natures, like wesiensee.
You can have a calm and beautiful view from any window without blocking.
Our flat is in a townhouse. It has been renovated regularly and built around 2000.
There is floor heating and A/C for every room. You can set up a pleasant temperature for yourself.
My roommate is a nice and calm person who works as a researcher in the biology field.
Living(30m2) + kitchen (15m2) + my room (20m2)
There is a 180*200 bed, a drawer, and a hanger.
All my things will be stored under a bed. So there will be enough space for you.
I use some parts of the living room as my home office.
If you do a home office, You could use this standing desk and external monitors.
Our shared felt is located in a quiet, cozy, and beautiful residential area.
There are two lakes with 3 mins walking. Very safe environment with houses. Around our flat, there are mostly houses around here
It is next to Obersee, near Weisensee.
8 mins walking from the closest tram station of M5 and supermarkets.
18mins waking from tram stations of M4 or M13
There are supermarkets next to all the tram stations
Me and my roommate Ksneiia are working in IT and Natural science.
My roommate (26, F) is a nice, open-minded, and calm person. We talk from time to time together.
She is very considerate and has many experiences living abroad
We usually have a chill evening. some time share foods together
