My name is Adrian and I am the main tenant of the apartment, currently residing in another city.
We are looking for a clean, discreet, relaxed, trustworthy and non-smoking person to rent the corresponding room in an apartment that will be shared with my dear friend Erin, a cook and musician, and, very occasionally, with me and my partner, who will come to the city around a couple of weekends a month.
IMPORTANT! The first sublease contract will only be for 3 months, which will serve as a trial period for us to get to know each other. If after that we all feel that we are a perfect match, then we will proceed to extend it to a longer term and do the registration.
We hope to be sharing apartment with a healthy, open-minded, light-spirited, awake person who can take responsibility for the apartment and the building in which they will be living.
No parties or pets are allowed.
