Zu vermieten ist eine frisch renovierte 3-Zimmer-Wohnung für eine WG-Neugründung. Ihr könnt Euch gerne für ein bestimmtes Zimmer bewerben oder wenn ihr schon zu zweit oder dritt seid euch direkt als WG bewerben 

Die Zimmer werden zunächst befristet auf ein Jahr vermietet. Alternativ könnt ihr die Zimmer auch für einen kürzeren Zeitraum vermieten.
Mietstart wäre Mitte März. Besichtigungen wären ab 8.3. möglich.

Wohnung:

Die Wohnung ist aufgeteilt in 3 Zimmer, Tageslichtbad und Küche und wurde frisch renoviert (neuer hochwertiger Laminatboden, neu gestrichen etc.).
Die Küche verfügt über eine neue Einbauküche (mit Spülmaschine) sowie einen großen, neuen Kühlschrank mit viel Stauraum. Das Nötigste an Geschirr (Teller, Besteck, Gläser etc.) ist vorhanden. Das Tageslichtbad ist mit Waschmaschine; LED-Spiegel, Glastrennwand und einen Wandheizkörper ausgestattet.

Zimmer:

Die drei Zimmer teilen sich wie folgt auf:
• Zimmer 1: ca. 10 qm
• Zimmer 2: ca. 15 qm
• Zimmer 3 (mit Balkon): 17 qm + Balkon

Die Zimmer werden voll möbliert und ausgestattet (siehe Bilder) vermietet. Die Zimmer verfügen alle über ein Polsterbett (inkl. Matratze), PAX-Schrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Lampe, Rollläden, Nachttisch, Teppich, Schlafsofa (bis auf das kleine Zimmer).

Ausstattung/Preis:
Die Wohnung wird mit W-LAN und Strom vermietet. Der Mietpreis für die Zimmer, inkl. aller Kosten sind wie folgt:
• Zimmer 1: 400 Euro
• Zimmer 2: 510 Euro
• Zimmer 3 (mit Balkon): 590 Euro.

A freshly renovated 3-room apartment is available for rent for a new shared flat. You are welcome to apply for a specific room or, if there are already two or three of you, apply directly as a shared flat 

The rooms are initially rented out for a limited period of one year. Alternatively, you can also rent the rooms for a shorter period.
The rental period would start in mid-March. Viewings would be possible on Friday, 8.3., and the weekend.

Apartment:

The apartment is divided into 3 rooms, daylight bathroom and kitchen and has been freshly renovated (new high-quality laminate flooring, repainted, etc.).
The kitchen has a new fitted kitchen (with dishwasher) and a large, new refrigerator with plenty of storage space. The most necessary crockery (plates, cutlery, glasses etc.) is available. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, LED mirror, glass partition wall and a wall-mounted radiator.

Rooms:

The three rooms are divided as follows:
- Room 1: approx. 10 qm
- Room 2: approx. 15 qm
- Room 3 (with balcony): 17 qm + balcony

The rooms are rented fully furnished and equipped (see pictures). The rooms all have an upholstered bed (incl. mattress), PAX wardrobe, desk, chair, lamp, shutters, bedside table, carpet, sofa bed (except for the small room).

The apartment is rented including Wifi and electricity. The rent for the rooms, including all costs are as follows:
- Room 1: 400 Euro
- Room 2: 510 Euro
- Room 3 (with balcony): 590 Euro.
