The room is between 14 and 15 square meters in size. We have a nice kitchen, where we like to sit together regularly. Apart from that we have a nice renovated bathroom with bathtub and our apartment is probably equipped with everything you could need during this time.
Not far from the S-Bahn station Baumschulenweg (approx. 5 minutes on foot). And the M41 is also close by, so you are super fast in Neukölln, Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain etc. There are several supermarkets around the corner and everything else for your daily needs. We also have the forest nearby and several green areas.
English Below

Before we describe our living together, we must clearly describe our present situation.
At the moment Sandra(32), Marcelin(30), Timo(35), me and the dog Milo (from Timo) live with us. We have been living harmoniously in this combination for over three years. We all work, part time, in the social sector
At the same time we have a friend visiting us, who will probably stay with us until the end of May.
Now Sandra and Marcelin have a child, probably at the end of August, Timo wants to move back to Leipzig and I myself take the opportunity for a change of scenery.
I am already looking for a new place to stay, Timo will be out by the end of July at the latest and Sandra and Marcelin want to use the flat to avoid falling into their nuclear family and to try to find alternative forms of living.
Sandra and Marcelin live the longest in the flat share and of course they don't want to determine the contact in living together from the outset, neither does Timo, but here are a few things that were important to us and it will be important for the remaining ones.
We are not a purpose WG. If we cook and it fits we do something for the others. Whether meat, halal or vegan, we do not care - we handle it differently and respect the other eating habits. Marcelin and Timo are vegetarians, for example. We like to sit together in the kitchen, go outside together from time to time and receive regular visitors. But we do not have big parties at home.
We have a cleaning plan for the bathroom and the organic waste, in the other areas everyone should take care to do his or her part to keep the apartment tidy enough. Furthermore we share all food - that means everybody can buy what he/she wants and at the end of the month we share the bills. In our experience, this way the variety of food is the greatest and we get away even cheaper.
We address conflicts and try to deal with them openly and of course respectfully.
We know that due to the shortage of housing, people have to look for rooms in shared flats, but it is really important to us that we don't become shared flats for the sole purpose of cheap living and that we don't just live next to each other. Whether you speak German and/or English is not important for us, but it is important that we can communicate in one of these two languages enough to live together in a nice and clear way.
As far as the dog is concerned, he is a very nice, after first barking, completely calm and trusting roommate.
Living together will of course change with a baby. Sandra and Marcelin don't want you to feel obliged to take care of it or anything. But at the same time it is clear that it will be very close to you, because you will share the apartment. Therefore it is also important to us that you give us a clear feedback how you imagine living together with a child or which experiences you have already made there. And also how you imagine living in a flat share, what your wishes and co you have about it. Please answer the last two questions in your request, otherwise we will not answer them. If you do, you will definitely get a feedback from us.
As you can see, there is a lot of new stuff happening. Many questions and details can be better clarified in a direct conversation.
Since I myself cannot yet say exactly when I can move out. We also think that these advertisements can appeal to people who have a place to stay but are not satisfied with it. Be it the situation, the flatmates* or just because they live in a shitty accommodation.
So we can have the conversation before and get to know each other. And then you would also be able to see the rooms and surroundings, it could be that I find something spontaneously. Then I'll let you know immediately, you could come in right away, within a month you should move into the room. If this organizational point is the only obstacle, please address it. Maybe we can find a solution together.
We don't want cops or soldiers* (also no future ones)
