We are delighted to announce a vacancy for the largest bedroom in our charming flat near Gesundbrunnen, Berlin, Germany. This fully furnished room has a private balcony, offering a serene and relaxing space. The flat is currently occupied by two young student tenants who embrace an inclusive and vibrant atmosphere. We kindly invite queers, females and individuals who are English-speaking friendly to join our home. The monthly rent for this spacious room is €675, inclusive of all utilities / Wifi. To ensure you are a fit for the Flat we offer a trail month, after which, if both Parties agree, you can register yourself and sign a sublease contract with the landlord.

Wir freuen uns, in unserer charmanten Wohnung in der Nähe des Gesundbrunnen-Centers eine freie Stelle für das größte Schlafzimmer bekannt zu geben. Dieses komplett eingerichtete Zimmer verfügt über einen privaten Balkon und bietet einen ruhigen und entspannenden Raum. Die Wohnung wird derzeit von zwei jungen studentischen Mietern bewohnt, die eine integrative und lebendige Atmosphäre schätzen. Wir laden queere Menschen, Frauen und Personen, die Englisch sprechen und freundlich sind, herzlich ein, sich unserem Zuhause anzuschließen. Die monatliche Miete für dieses geräumige Zimmer beträgt 675 €, inklusive aller Nebenkosten & WLAN. Um sicherzustellen, dass Sie für die Wohnung geeignet sind, bieten wir einen Schnuppermonat an. Danach können Sie sich, sofern beide Parteien einverstanden sind, anmelden und einen Untermietvertrag mit dem Vermieter abschließen.
