Ich werde im September nicht in Berlin sein und möchte mein wunderschönes Zimmer in Mitte deswegen vermieten. Das Zimmer ist mein Safespace und ich habe sehr viel liebe hineingesteckt und suche jemanden, der / die das respektiert. Eigentlich ist die Miete bei fast 800 Euro wegen der Lage und Luxussanierung, aber ich vermiete das Zimmer um 100 Euro weniger. Schreibt mir gerne etwas über euch! Ich würde mich freuen.
I will not be in Berlin in September and would therefore like to rent out my beautiful room in Mitte. The room is my safe space and I put a lot of love into it and am looking for someone who respects that. Actually, the rent is almost 800 euros because of the location and luxury renovation, but I rent the room for 100 euros less. Write me something about you! I would be happy.
Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein. Direkt an der U8, Tramlinien M12, M10, M8 mehrere Busse, man kann in 15 min zu Fuß zum Hackeschen Markt und Alexanderplatz gehen. Wunderschöne Gegend, nahe Rosenthalerplatz, 2 min von Weinbergspark. Es gibt viele Restaurants, Cafes, Supermärkte alles direkt vor der Haustür.
The location couldn't be better. Right next to the U8, tram lines M12, M10, M8, several buses, you can walk to Hackescher Markt and Alexanderplatz in 15 minutes. Beautiful area, near Rosenthalerplatz, 2 min from Weinbergspark. There are many restaurants, cafes, supermarkets all on the doorstep.
