I am subletting my room while out of town for 2 months available from from December 1st until February 1st.
The room is fully furnished with central heating. Around 18 sqm with very tall ceilings. It faces the courtyard so it's nice and quiet.
Located in Kreuzberg (10999) on Paul-Lincke-Ufer in a lovely yellow building on the Landwehrkanal waterfront. In walking distance there are bars, cafes, yoga studios, restaurants, doctors and whatever else to fill your time. Every Tuesday and Friday you have easy access to the Maybachufer markets directly across the canal. There is a courtyard with bike racks, parking without parking fees. 5 minutes (on foot) from Paul-Lincke-Ufer to the underground stations: Kottbusser Tor (U8), Görlitzer Bahnhof (U1/U3) or Schönleinstrasse (U8).
There are two other German men living here (both speak English). A younger student and an older music producer (who is also the landlord). Both are very friendly and are very respectful of space.
No advance payment, no deposit. The price is 700 EUR per month all inclusive. Easy Peasy!
Flexible for meetings as well!
