I'm renting my furnished 22m2, bright and warm room in the heart of Neukölln in a FLINTA WG starting now until April 15th. Unfortunately there is no possibility to extend the contract as we will be giving it back at the end of April. However, you will not be concerned by the refurbishment of the flat as you will only have been here a few months.
The flat is located on Boddinstrasse, next to the Rathaus Neukölln U-Bahn station and easily connects to U-8, Hermanplatz, the M41, M43, and 166.
6 other people live here, in a quiet, calm and respectful manner. Most of the flatmates are both students and employed and our schedules rarely collide. I would describe the place as a solid combination of community and independence. We share the common items (oil, butter, toilet paper, etc) and the rest is up to you to decide.
The flat is an Altbau and this contract has been ongoing for thirteen years. It's rather old but everything is functional.
