I am moving out of my large room in P Berg and looking for a new tenant.
It is NO ANMELDUNG (sorry for the caps) unfortunately but a big room, great location and a nice roommate! :)
The room comes with a bedframe, mattress, desk, standup desk, clothing rail and some other small bits too. Perfect for anyone new to Berlin.
The room also comes with a Fender Rhodes MK1 that you can use but you need to ask permission from the landlord.
Its a very big 90 sqm flat with three big rooms 20 to 17 sqm. There is a large kitchen 13 sqm and a small balcony to chill in the summer.
Rent is €500 per month.
Deposit is 2 months rent so €1000.

The apartment is in the best area of Berlin Prenzlauer Berg. It's close to Volkspark Friedrichshain in a quiet and safe residential area.
The wg is very open minded and about a creative lifestyle. My roommate is a VR software developer who loves to cook and also spends his time at sports classes.
There is currently an extra room being used as storage, which is of the main tenant (our landlord essentially) but he hasn't lived there for over a year.
We will be hosting viewings next week and move in is 01.03. It is flexible but you have to pay for the whole of March.
