das Zimmer geht nach hinten raus, zum Hof. Das heisst, zum Sonnenbaden nicht geeignet. Allerdings steht dort eine riesige Platane, die Aussicht ist also nicht schlecht. Das Zimmer ist viel ruhiger als die beiden Zimmer zur Strasse.
Das Zimmer ist momentan noch mit Mobiliar versehen (kann natürlich mitbenutzt werden, z.B. die Yuki-Nähmaschin auf dem Bild, diese kann ich aber auch aus dem Zimmer herausnehmen..), es handelt sich nicht um ein seelenloses Abzocke-Airbnb-Zimmer, sondern hier wird gewohnt. Momentan wohnen hier Vater und Tochter (52 und 15), die/der neue MitberwohnerIn sollten sich altersmässig irgendwo dazwischen befinden ;)
Auf dem Bild befindet sich mindestens 60 Prozent des Raumes hinter der Kamera, ich habe nicht aufgeräumt.
Bitte keine AutofahrerInnen, gibt schon zu viele in Berlin.
