Hello! I’m renting out my room while I’m going home for a month to visit family. There’s one other flatmate (they’re super nice & chill). It’s a pretty quiet flat on a quiet street, but it’s so close to great night-life, food, and more!
Comes furnished as in the photos. I’ll take out most of my clothes, so you’ll have space to put your things, but I will probably still keep a few things in the room. There will also be a couple new couches we’re getting in the meantime that aren’t pictured yet.
We’re a pretty clean/organized flat, so please also be respectful of the space. But otherwise that’s pretty much it! Lmk if you’re interested 🙂
Super well connected – U1, U2, Bus 165/265, close to Warschauer Str.
There will be one roommate. He's super nice and friendly & spends a lot of time outside of the apartment. Also, we're both quite clean so those would be the expectations.
