ich vermiete meine gemütliche 2-Zimmer Wohnung im Bayrischen Viertel in der 3. Etage eines 60er Jahre Baus. Die Wohnung ist in Südausrichtung und hat ab Mittags den ganzen Nachmittag bis zum Abend Sonne. Es ist eine Zweizimmerwohnung. In der Küche ist ein kleiner Esstisch. Einen Balkon gibt es nicht. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, Staubsauger und alles Sachen die man zum Wohnen so braucht. Ich suche Jemanden, der die möblierte Wohnung für ein Jahr gerne untermieten will bis Ende Mai 2025. Die bereits vorhandenen Möbel können in meiner Abwesenheit natürlich umgestellt werden, solange alles bei meiner Rückkehr wieder an seinem Platz steht.
Da es keinen Balkon gibt, suche ich Nichtraucher und ruhige Zeitgenossen, ideal wären Berufstätige.

I am subletting my cosy flat in the Bavarian Quarter on the 3rd floor of a 60s building. The flat is south-facing and has sun all afternoon and evening. It is a two-room flat. There is a small dining table in the kitchen. There is no balcony. There is a washing machine, vacuum cleaner and all the things you need for living. I am looking for someone who would like to rent the furnished flat for one year until the end of May 2025. The existing furniture can of course be moved in my absence, as long as everything is back in place when I return.
As there is no balcony, I am looking for non-smokers.

I am leaving my flat starting from June 2024 and I will only return in June 2025. During this time my room is free. However, my current flatmate is also moving out beginning of July. Therefore I am renting out my room in June but starting from July the whole flat until June 2025, so for one year. It could be your chance to move in with a friend, partner or other.
The indicated price is for the whole flat. One room is 750 per month, fully furnished.
