I am renting out my room temporarily from 17th January (or later) until 31st of March. The move in date is flexible anytime in January or February 1st.
- €600 per month, all inclusive.
- The room is very big, furnished and warm during the cold winter months. It also faces the inner courtyard, so it's quiet.
- 2 bedroom flat with a separate living room, separate kitchen and a huge bathroom!
- On the 2nd floor, quiet neighbours
Flat is on Samariterstrasse, 10247.
- 2-3 minutes walk away from Samariterstrasse U-bahn station (U5, 7mins to alexanderplatz)
- 3 mins to closest Lidl, 3 mins to Netto and 5 mins to Edeka.
- Several restaurants, bars and späti's just outside front door.
- 10 mins walk to Boxhagenerplatz, where they have a food market on Saturdays and a flea market on Sundays.
You would be sharing with Pauline: a super lovely, clean, friendly and respectful 29 year old female. She is from France originally, has lived in Berlin for 1.5 years and she speaks French, English and German. She works for a start-up, loves wine evenings at home, chatting, playing games, movie nights and arts. She is great to talk to and a genuine, warm and incredibly considerate friend! She is also sociable and enjoys going to bars, restaurants and concerts during her free time.
Me personally, I am Swedish and work within business psychology. I will be moving in with my boyfriend in January but I still have my room until 1st April, so we are looking for someone to take over my room until then.
We are looking for a very respectful, clean, friendly and responsible room mate who is mature and takes care of the home they live in. Working professionals are preferred, who are looking for a relaxing space to come back to in the evenings. We tend to do the partying outside the flat and the relaxing inside, so this is not a WG for a party animal. Please write a bit about yourself and what you are looking for in a flatshare.
No pets, no smoking inside flat, no drugs please.
We would like to do viewings the weekend of 18th / 19th January. Move in date is flexible in January or 1st February.
