ROOM:
Stylish and light bedroom in a modern flatshare.
The bedroom is spacious (16m2) and contains everything that's needed for a great stay - a comfy bed (the mattress is rather hard), workspace, shelves, and hangers for clothes.
Floor heating keeps it warm even on the coldest days. There is an amazing view (like from the balcony) and the room is just lovely on sunny days.
FLAT:
The flat is very modern (y. 2016), comfortable and warm. There are 3 bedrooms in the apartment, 2 bathrooms, living room & kitchen, balcony, storage room.
The living room is the place to chill, eg. on the couch and read books if you wish. We have a huge collection of books in English, Russian, French, and Spanish - cooking, art, fiction, and self-development. We don't have a TV...
The kitchen is amazing and very modern: the fridge that cools the water and makes ice, an induction stove, a dishwasher, and all possible equipment for cooking and baking.
The balcony faces the South, it's lovely to sit there in the sun, even in a blanket. There is a small table and a few rattan chairs.
There are 2 bathrooms. Both have a toilet and a shower. The big bathroom has also a bathtub. No morning queues.
Floor heating is all around the flat, wooden floors.
Our place is very close to SamariteKiez, which is a lovely corner of Berlin. There are a few home bars and restaurants with a very authentic "next door" feel and really good food.
Just 15 minutes on foot and you reach Boxhagener Platz & all the amazing restaurants and bars there. It's really thriving on the weekends, despite the cold weather and restrictions.
3 minutes walk from S-bahn Storkower Strasse and 10 minutes from Landsberger Allee. Well connected with the city center (eg. Alexander Platz) by trams.
Not all of us will be in the flat during this period, you will have your freedom and comfort.
During this month you will be staying with one of my flatmates and possibly their guests. We always prefer to live with friends and people we know well, so it would be great if we could do a very short interview on the phone (15 min), I can also show you around the place.
