I’m looking for someone to take over my room from 15.12.23. I have lived here since this summer, we moved in after it was renovated. The room is very spacious and sunny. It has two big windows hence u get double the view😜. It’s available long term, basically until you decide you want to move out. Apartment has dishwasher, washer, dryer, dinner table and all the kitchen appliances that might be needed. Also has a shared balcony from the kitchen and building has an elevator.
The monthly rent is 590€ and kaution is 450€.
I want to sell the furniture that I bought for the room so this a condition if u wanna take the room, it has to be with the furniture for 500€. Or Can also be rented UNFURNISHED. Please only message me if you agree to this, the furniture is in very good condition. It consists of couch, tv table, coffe table, closet and mattress.
U bahn is 8 Minutes by foot and S bahn is 12 minutes by foot. There’s netto, edeka, lidl and penny within walking distance. There’s a small shopping center near by that has pharmacies, shops, basically any and everything you might need.
Each one of us cleans once a week and there’s a cleaning plan. English is the main language of our shared apartment.
