Es handelt sich um ein ehemaliges Kinderzimmer, welches aber nun frei gemacht wurde, um Wohnraum anzubieten. Möblierung im Zimmer wird nicht vorhanden sein (bis auf einen Kleiderschrank). Bei der Gestaltung kann sich also ausgetobt werden (auch im Rest der Wohnung, da sie bisher recht minimalistisch angelegt ist. Alles da, aber nichts, was nicht muss). Fenster im Zimmer geht zur Straße, ist aber ruhig, da Neubau und gut gedämmt. Elektrische Rollos sind auch vorhanden. Parkett mit Fußbodenheizung. Der Rest der Wohnung, außer mein Zimmer, 50/50.
Ich weiß, alle suchen nur in den "hippen" Stadtteilen, das macht die Sache nicht einfacher. Vielleicht hat es was mit Faulheit zu tun, oder man möchte sagen können, hey, ich wohne in Fhain, Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Mitte, oder Charlottenburg..
Aber hier ist man "draußen", und ganz schnell "drin" in der Stadt.

It is a former children's room, which has now been made available to offer living space. There will be no furniture in the room (except for a closet). So you can let off steam with the design (also in the rest of the apartment, as it has been designed quite minimalistically so far. Everything is there, but nothing that doesn't have to be). The window in the room faces the street, but is quiet as it is a new building and well insulated. Electric blinds are also available. Parquet flooring with underfloor heating. The rest of the apartment, except my room, 50/50.
I know everyone is only looking in the "hip" neighborhoods, which doesn't make things any easier. Maybe it has something to do with laziness, or you want to be able to say, hey, I live in Fhain, Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Mitte, or Charlottenburg...
But here you're "out" and very quickly "in"...
Mitten im grünen Biesdorf, dem schöneren Teil von Marzahn. Großer Innenhof, kleiner Garten direkt ausm Wohnzimmer ist auch vorhanden, inkl Gartenmöbel, Hängematte, Grill, kleine Beete. Tolle Hausgemeinschaft. In der Nähe ein See zum Spazieren, Bus ist 2 Minuten, die Ubahn 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In der City ist man in ca 20 Minuten. Gleich nebenan ist ein Center, großer Supermarkt, Klamottenläden, Ärztehaus, Bäcker, Drogerie, Fitnessstudio, eigentlich alles was man braucht 😅

In the middle of green Biesdorf, the nicer part of Marzahn. Large courtyard, small garden directly from the living room is also available, including garden furniture, hammock, barbecue, small flower beds. Great house community. Nearby a lake for walking, bus is 2 minutes, the subway 5 minutes walk away. The city center is about 20 minutes away. Right next door is a center, large supermarket, clothing stores, medical center, bakery, drugstore, gym, actually everything you need.
Gesucht wird eine Mitbewohnerin mit ähnlicher Wellenlänge, man ist ja schließlich unter einem Dach und muss miteinander auskommen. Also keine Zweck-WG. Miteinander leben und nicht nebeneinander. Es wird viel selbst gekocht, Musik gehört, ab und zu sind Freunde da, gerne auch deine. Ich habe eine Tochter, sieben Jahre, die ca zwei Tage pro Woche hier ist, damit müsstest du klar kommen. Ich arbeite im Home-Office und bin daher -tagsüber- viel zu Hause, aber in meinem Arbeitszimmer. Ansonsten, leben und leben lassen, aber , wie gesagt, gerne miteinander, nicht nebeneinander. Abseits der eigenen Zimmer ist alles 50/50, dazu gehören Rechte, wie auch Pflichten.

We are looking for a flatmate with a similar wavelength - after all, you are under the same roof and have to get along. So it's not a functional flat share. Living together and not next to each other. We do a lot of our own cooking, listen to music and have friends over from time to time, including yours. I have a daughter, seven years old, who is here about two days a week, so you should be able to cope with that. I work from home and am therefore at home a lot during the day, but in my study. Otherwise, live and let live, but, as I said, like to live together, not next to each other. Away from your own room, everything is 50/50, including rights and responsibilities.
