Hi allerseits,
ich möchte in meiner für mich zu großen Wohnung ein 25m² großes, nach Südwesten orientiertes Zimmer mit 4m² großem Balkon untervermieten. Der einzige Lärm im Zimmer kommt vom Vogelgesang, da das Zimmer zum Hinterhof gelegen ist. Das Zimmer kann, je nach Wunsch, teilmöbliert oder komplett leer gemietet werden und ist auch abschließbar (alle Räume sind es eigentlich :), falls überhaupt wichtig). Mitbenutzung der Küche und des Bads versteht sich natürlich, mein kleines "Heimfitnessstudio" stünde allerdings auch zur Verfügung (eigene Geräte durchaus willkommen). Fahrradabstellplatz im Hinterhof wäre vorhanden und den trockenen Keller könnte man gerne mitbenutzen. Gebrauchte Balkonmöbel (siehe Bild) kann ich, falls erwünscht, zur Verfügung stellen. Eine amtliche Anmeldung ist möglich.
Ich wohne selber in der Wohnung, bin ein 44 jähriger, seelisch und (das sagen die anderen) körperlich jünger gebliebener Softwareingenieur und lebe nach dem Moto - mir macht etwas nur dann Spaß, wenn es meinem Gegenüber auch Spaß macht. Demensprechend bin ich geselschaftlich, aber nur falls und wenn es auch bei Dir zeitlich und launenmäßig passt. Meine Weltansichten sind sehr offen, also nicht zögern mit der Anfrage, egal Deine/Eure Lebenslage. Ich bin ordentlich und sauber, aber kein Freak diesbezüglich. Kochen ist leider keine Stärke von mir, trotzdem versuche ich, mich gesund zu ernähren.
Falls das alles ungefähr passt, so meldet Euch gerne mit Fragen und/oder Anregungen. Nennt bitte Euren gewünschten Einzugstermin und für wie lange Ihr das Zimmer mieten möchtet. Ich werde versuchen, möglichst viele Anfragen möglichst schnell zu beantworten.

Hi y'all,
I would like to sublet a 25m² south-west facing room with a 4m² balcony in my apartment, which is too large for myself. The only noise in the room comes from the birds singing, as the room faces the backyard. Depending on your preference, the room can be rented partially furnished or completely empty and has a functioning key so it can be locked (all rooms actually can :), if that's important at all). It goes without saying that you can use the kitchen and bathroom, but my small "home gym" is also available (your own equipment is welcome). Bicycle parking in the backyard would be available and you could use the dry basement. I could also provide used balcony furniture (see picture), if wanted. Official registration is possible.
I live in the apartment myself, a 44-year-old software engineer who's feeling and (others say) looking younger than that. I live by the motto - I only enjoy something if my counterpart enjoys it too. Accordingly, I am social, but only if and when it suits you in terms of time and mood. My world views are very open, so don't hesitate with your inquiry, no matter your situation. I'm organized and tidy but not a freak about it. Unfortunately, cooking is not one of my strengths, but I still try to eat healthy.
