Wir wohnen zu zweit in einer sehr hellen 72 Quadratmeter Maisonettwohnung (zwei Stockwerke) mit zwei kleinen Schlafzimmern, einem großen, hellen Wohnzimmer, Küche und zwei Badezimmern. Eines der Zimmer ist für 5 Wochen frei und möbliert mit Bett, Kommode, Kleiderschrank, Sessel, Nachttisch. Eine Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich.
We live in a very bright 72sqm duplex apartment with two small bedrooms, a big beautiful living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. One room will be free for 5 weeks and is furnished with a bed, cupboard, wardrobe, chair and a bedside table. A registration will unfortunately not be possible.
So our nice flat is in Britz Nord, three bus stations outside the Ring (S Hermannstraße) in a quiet residential area. Its five minutes to S Hermannstraße by bike or bus M44. In 13 Minutes walking distance you reach the U7 Station Grenzallee. We have Edeka, Penny, Rossmann nearby.
Unsere schöne Wohnung ist in Britz Nord, drei Busstationen außerhalb des Rings in einer ruhigen Wohngegegend. In fünf Minuten ist man an der S Hermannstraße mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Bus M44. Laufend ist man in 13 Minuten an der U7 Grenzalle. Edeka, Penny und Rossmann sind gleich nebenann.
These days I (36w, working in the social sector) am working a lot and quite busy, also I will be away for some of the time and you might have the apartment to yourself. Because of this I will also be taking a deposit as insurance.
I am looking for a friendly reliable and clean person to join me in my home for this time. Looking forward to meeting you :)
Aktuell bin ich (36w, im sozialen Bereich tätig) sehr beschäftigt und viel am Arbeiten, außerdem werde ich während des Zeitraums evtl. länger unterwegs sein und in diesem Zeitraum hättest Du die Wohnung für dich alleine. Deswegen bitte ich dich auch um die Kaution zur Sicherheit.
Ich suche nach einer freundlichen, zuverlässigen und sauberen Person die für diesen Zeitraum bei mir einziehen möchte. Ich freue mich schon dich kennenzulernen. :)
