Subletting this beautiful and spacious 20 sqm room located in Britz.The room has a Desk, bed and a compartment that I use as a wardrobe. We can always arrange another mattress if you have a visitor or something. There are two bathrooms, only one has a shower, also you can use anything you want in the toilet or in the kitchen, we like to share.
Bus stop 1 min. walk and S+U Bahn Hermannstrasse is 3 bus stops away (4 mins.)
Penny and Edeka 2-3 min. walk
The area is relatively quiet and safe.
You will be sharing the flat with 3 other guys in their mid-late 20s. They are very friendly, easy going, social and helpful, they are probably the best thing about this shared flat. It is generally best if you like to interact with others, because my flatmates are full of life and would rather prefer to feel your presence, of course everyone's private space/privacy is respected.
The kitchen is fully equipped and we have also a dish washer, we also like sharing but it is okey if you dont, this can always be arranged. Cleanliness is taken very seriously.
