Biete ein ruhiges, möbliertes Zimmer in einer Kreuzberger 3-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung an.
Es ist sehr zentral gelegen und die U-Bahn ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt.
In meinem Haushalt leben noch 2 zutrauliche Katzen, d.h. du solltest also keine Katzenallergie haben.
Ich selber bin unkompliziert, ernähre mich vegetarisch und bin sehr aktiv.
Ich wünsche mir eine achtsame und freundliche Mitbewohnerin.
Alles weitere gern in einem persönlichem Gespräch.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem saniertem Altbau-Gebiet.
Zu der Wohnung gehört ein begrünter Hof. Er bietet im Sommer eine angenehme Kühle und ist
eine kleine Oase mitten in der Großstadt!
Gleich in der Nähe ist die bekannte Bergmannstraße und das Tempelhofer Feld.
Ich suche keine Zweck-WG.
