Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock im Hinterhaus mit Blick auf den ruhigen Hinterhof. Das kleine, aber feine Zimmer verfügt über hohe Decken (3,25m). Im Zimmer nebenan wohne ich. Zudem ist das Badezimmer der Wohnung geräumig und hat eine entspannte Badewanne. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den täglichen Gebrauch nutzt, inklusive Waschmaschine. Der Flur bietet eine Garderobe zur Aufhängung von Klamotten und Schuhregale. Außerdem steht uns ein Kellerabteil zur Verfügung, wo du Sachen unterbringen kannst und im Innenhof gibt es reichlich Abstellplätze für Fahrräder.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor in the back house overlooking the quiet backyard. The small but cute room has high ceilings (3.25m). I live in the room next door. In addition, the bathroom of the apartment is spacious and has a relaxing bathtub. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for daily use including a washing machine. The hallway offers a wardrobe for hanging clothes and shoe racks. We also have a basement compartment where you can store things and in the courtyard there is ample storage for bicycles.

Die Lage in der Kantstraße ist optimal, der Savignyplatz ist in einer Minute zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es zahlreiche, ein Edeka ist in einer Minute zu erreichen, ein Biomarkt in 5 Minuten. Späti ist direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Die Kantstraße ist sehr bekannt für ihre vielen Restaurants und Cafés, besonders asiatische Lokale sind hier stark vertreten und sehr zu empfehlen!
Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung: S-Bahn Savignyplatz (3 min), U2 Ernst-Reuter-Platz oder Zoo, U1 Uhlandstraße (je 10 min), Bus Savignyplatz (1 min)

The location in Kantstraße is optimal, Savignyplatz can be reached in one minute. Shopping possibilities are numerous, an Edeka can be reached in one minute, an organic market in 5 minutes. Späti is directly across the street. The Kantstraße is very well known for its many restaurants and cafes, especially Asian restaurants are strongly represented here and highly recommended!
Very good transport connections: S-Bahn Savignyplatz (3 min), U2 Ernst-Reuter-Platz or Zoo, U1 Uhlandstraße (10 min each), bus Savignyplatz (1 min).
