Hi, ich bin Galia (32) und lebe in einer schönen 3 Zimmer flachen Dachgeschoss Wohnung mit Fahrstuhl in Wilmersdorf. Das Haus ist ein 60er Jahre Neu/Altbau (höhere Decken). Das Zimmer ist zirka 15m2 groß, Möbliert mit neuen Bett, Kommoden, Nachttisch, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kleiderständer und Gästecouch. Ihr könnt euch es selbst umstellen wie ihr wollt. Draußen habt ihr einen sehr weiten Himmelblick und zu Boden ein einfaches Laminat. Da es sich um ein Dachgeschoss handelt, ist es im Sommer warm und muss im Winter gut beheizt werden.
Wichtig: Ich putze die Wohnung regelmäßig, weshalb du dich nicht darum kümmern brauchst. WICHTIG ist jedoch, dass du ordentlich bist und in geteilten Spaces alles, was du verwendest, auch wegräumst. Es gibt auch eine Spülmaschine. Keine Angst, ich werde jetzt nicht dein Zimmer putzen. Es bedeutet nur, dass du dir um Bad und Küche keinen Kopf machen brauchst. Es sollte nur alles weggeräumt sein.

Hi, my name is Galia, Im 32yrs old and live in a 3 room rooftop in Wilmersdorf with elevator. The apartment is from the 60s with higher roofs and the room is about 15m2 big. It comes with FURNITURE incl. a bed, nightstand, drawers, guest couch, table and chair. you can decorate it as you wish. The view is fantastic and the floor is newly made. Since it is a rooftop apartment, it is hot in summer and cold win winter. It has to be aired well always and heated in winter.
Important: clean and order is a must! I will clean the all the shared spaces, but it is important that you dont leave anything lying around in shared spaces. There is a dishwasher. - Dont worry. I wont clean your room, it only means that i will clean the shared spaces regulary and you dont have to think about it. Its only important that you dont leave your stuff around <3

- Ein Bus direkt zum Zoo / Bus directly to Sbahnhof Zoologischer-Garten

Vorweg - dies ist mehr eine freundliche Zwecks WG
Die Idealsten Mitbewohner*innen sind für mich jene, die freundlich hallo sagen, aber meist doch allein in ihren Zimmer sind. 1x die Woche quatschen oder 1x Monat was nettes unternehmen mache ich dann trotzdem sehr gerne wenns passt. Hinzu kommt: Viel feiern in den Zimmer oder ständige mitbringen von Partner*innen ist mir unangenehm. Ich vermiete das Zimmer an einer Person, nicht an + ständiger Besuch (leider zu oft vorgekommen). Kurzzeitige und rechtzeitig angekündigte Ausnahmen sind aber kein Problem.
Kurzer Zusatz:
Nicht alles was hier steht ist in stein gemeisselt. Wenn wir gut zusammen passen und vertrauen da ist, kann sich auch vieles ändern.

In advance- this is more of a purposed based- shared space.
My ideal flatmates are people who say friendly hi when they come home, yet prefere spending time with themself.
I do enjoy talking to you once a week and maybe even do an activity once a month. Apart from that: I do dislike the bringing along of people and friends or partners, as I am renting to flat to one person and not + one. Therefore I would prefere if this happens very little.
Note: all this info does not necessarily count for everyone. If we fit well together and trust is build, things may be more easy.
