Das Zimmer ist 16m2 groß und liegt zum Innenhof mit einem großen Zimmer und ist daher sehr hell und ruhig. Man hört keine Autobahn oder S- Bahn. Die Wände sind weiß mit Stuck an der Decke. Der Fußboden sind helle Dielen. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert übergeben. Ich werde die Wände nicht neu Streichen aber ich habe selber nur Kurz hier gewohnt und keine Bilder oder sonstiges an die Wände gehangen.
Die Wohnung hat sehr gute Verkehrsanbindungen. Sie liegt 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt vom U- Bahnhof Kaiserdamm und 5 Minuten vom S-Bahnhof Messe Nord, wo man mit der Ringbahn überall schnell hinkommt. Zum Zoo sind es 9 Minuten. Es gibt einen Edeka einen Rewe und einen Lidl in der nahen Umgebung. Außerdem ist die Wilmersdorfer Straße in 2 Stationen zu erreichen und die Kantstraße auch nicht weit.
Die Mitbewohnerinnen sind 2 Junge Studentinnen. Sehr freundlich und sehr beschäftig. Ich war persönlich immer viel unterwegs und Beschäftigt aber, man kann wenn man Lust hat gerne mal zusammen etwas kochen oder unternehmen.
