NOCH VERFÜGBAR:) Ab sofort suche ich jemanden ab März, der das Zimmer für 3 Monate übernimmt. Vielleicht sogar länger, weil ich nach Spanien ziehe
Das Zimmer ist 15 qm groß und hat einen kleinen Balkon. Es ist klein, aber durch die Südausrichtung ist es wirklich schön hell in dem Zimmer. Momentan ist es nur mit einem Schrank möbliert :) Das Zimmer selbst hat sehr hohe Decken und Teppich Boden. Die Wohnung liegt im 4.OG und es gibt (leider) keinen Fahrstuhl
Im Preis ist alles mit inbegriffen (WLAN, Strom, Waschmaschine etc.)
Die Küche wird gemeinsam genutzt und das Bad auch. Es ist älter und wird bald renoviert, aber funktioniert einwandfrei

The room is 15 square meters and has a small balcony. It is small, but due to the south orientation it is really nice and bright in the room. At the moment it is only furnished with a wardrobe :) The room itself has very high ceilings and a carpeted floor. The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is (unfortunately) no elevator
Everything is included in the price (WLAN, electricity, washing machine etc.)
The kitchen is shared and so is the bathroom. It is older and will be renovated soon, but works perfectly
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe vom S Savignyplatz in Charlottenburg, Nähe Kurfürstendamm. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Fitnessstudios (Superfit, FitX, McFit und FitnessFirst..) oder kleine schöne Cafes sind innerhalb 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.Die Wohnung liegt demnach sehr zentral.
Der Zoologische Garten ist auch innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Bus erreichbar.
Die Nachbarschaft ist freundlich, wir hatten bis jetzt keinerlei Probleme :) Außerdem ist es nachts ruhig, sodass man gut schlafen kann.
Flat is near S Savignyplatz Berlin. Shopping malls, grocery stores and Fitness studios are close by. The train station is around a 5 minute walk away.
Ich werde für ein paar Monate in Spanien sein und suche deshalb jemanden, der das Zimmer übernimmt :) Auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung wohnt ein Mädchen, sie arbeitet Vollzeit. Es soll keine Zweck-Wg werden :)
