Das Bild habe ich gemacht, als ich die Möbel frisch aufgebaut habe. Inzwischen ist alles fertig :D Dort, wo das sofa steht, steht jetzt ein Bett.

Frisch gestrichener und sanierter Altbau. Die Zimmergröße liegt bei 20 Quadratmetern.
Besonders schön, durch Südausrichtung hast Du Mittags durch angenehme Sonnenstrahlen ein schönes helles Zimmer. Durch den Altbau und die hohen Decke hitzt sich das Zimmer auch an den wärmsten Sommertagen nicht auf. Der helle Dielenfußboden zu weißen Wänden lässt dich in Wohlfühlatmosphäre wohnen. (PS: Wohlfühlatmosphäre hast du auch 100m vom Zimmer entfernt im grünen "Goslarer Park".)
Zur Einrichtung:
Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Einen mittelgroßen Kleiderschrank + 1 weiterer Schrank, ein Bett, ein Schreibtisch sowie ein Regal. Auch ansprechende Vorhänge sind installiert. feel free & use it :D
-vor einem Jahr sanierter Altbau mit Küche und Badezimmer (jeweils 10 Quadratmeter).
Für Köche;): Die Küche hat einen Induktionsherd, Pyro-Ofen & eine Spülmaschine
Das Badezimmer hat eine angenehme Dusche & Badewanne, und wartet mit einem Wasch-Trockner auf dich.

Freshly painted and renovated old building. The room size is 20 square meters.
Especially nice, due to south orientation you have a nice bright room at noon by pleasant sun rays. Due to the old building and the high ceiling, the room does not heat up even on the warmest summer days. The bright floorboards to white walls let you live in a feel-good atmosphere. (PS: Feel-good atmosphere you also have 100m away from the room in the green "Goslar Park").
About the furnishing:
The room is furnished. A medium sized closet + 1 more closet, a bed, a desk as well as a shelf. Also appealing curtains are installed. feel free & use it :D
Old building renovated a year ago with kitchen and bathroom (10 square meters each).
For cooks;): The kitchen has an induction stove, pyro oven & a dishwasher.
The bathroom has a pleasant shower & bathtub, and is waiting for you with a washer-dryer.
U- & S-Bahn fußläufig angebunden (500m, Bus sogar 50m).
Durch die Nähe zur Ringbahn ist man schnell überall in Berlin unterwegs. Wenns nicht über den Ring gehen soll, wartet um die Ecke der X9 Bus, der dich zuverlässig und schnell (ca. 10min) zum Bahnhof Zoo / Flughafen Tegel bringt.
Durch die Haltestelle "Ernst-Reuter-Platz" ist besonders die TU gerade einmal 5min entfernt. Wer ungerne mit ÖPNV unterwegs ist, Fahrrad ist genauso schnell.

U- & S-Bahn within walking distance (500m, bus even 50m).
Due to the proximity to the Ringbahn, you can quickly get anywhere in Berlin. If you don't want to go via the Ring, the X9 bus is waiting around the corner, which takes you reliably and quickly (approx. 10min) to the Zoo train station / Tegel airport.
The bus stop "Ernst-Reuter-Platz" is only 5 minutes away from the TU. Who is reluctant to travel by public transport, bicycle is just as fast.
Momentan wohne ich "Vinz" (23, Student) in der WG. Ich arbeite zusätzlich als Werkstudent aktuell bei einem "Big 4".
Um hier eine gute Beschreibung abgeben zu können, habe ich Freunde gebeten mich einfach mal zu beschreiben ;)
Gesellig, entspannt, witzig, offen. Aktiver Mensch, gerne und oft unterwegs, sehr gerne am Kochen, fitnessbegeistert und wissbegierig. Viele verschiedene Interessen; Sport, Fussball, Musik, Kunst, Festivals, Innere Arbeit, Kultur, Menschen, Film und Technik...
Auch beim Feiern bin ich immer am Start, wobei ich Wert darauf lege, neben Party auch wieder "back to work life" zu kommen.
Um in meinem Leben weiterzukommen, konfrontiere ich mich mit neuen Lebenssituationen & lese auch gerne Bücher ;)
Ansonsten Sauberkeit & Hygiene sind Grundvoraussetzung ;)

Sociable, relaxed, funny, open. Active person, likes to travel a lot, loves to cook, fitness enthusiast and inquisitive. Many different interests; sports, football, music, art, festivals, inner work, culture, people, film and technology....
Also when partying I am always at the start, whereby I make a point of getting back "back to work life" in addition to partying.
To get ahead in my life, I confront myself with new life situations & also like to read books ;)
Otherwise cleanliness & hygiene are basic requirements ;)
