Du würdest das kleinste Zimmer in einer super schönen sanierten Altbau Wohnung beziehen. Dein Zimmer ist 10qm groß, die gesamte Wohnung hat ca 150qm. Wir haben eine Dusche und eine Badewanne, 2 Toiletten und einen kleinen Wintergarten.
Das Zimmer ist befristet bis zum 1.9.2024, es gibt leider keine Option es zu verlängern. Die Miete beläuft sich auf 650€ mit allem inklusive :)
You would move into the smallest room in a super nice renovated old apartment. Your room is 10 square meters in size, the entire apartment has about 150 square meters. We have a shower and a bathtub, 2 toilets and a small conservatory.
The room is limited until 1.9.2024, unfortunately there is no option to extend it. The rent is 650€ with everything included :)

Super Anbindungen 5 min S Savignyplatz, 5 min bis zur Bushaltestelle Bleibtreustr. oder 10min bis U-Bahnhof Uhlandstraße alles zu Fuß.

Great connections - 5 min to S- Savignyplatz, 5 min to the Bleibtreustr (bus stop) or 10 minutes to U- Uhlandstraße , all in walking distance.
Wir sind alle super entspannt und offen und würden uns über eine Person freuen, die genau so tickt und Bock auf WG Leben hat :) Alles kann nichts muss, wie immer.
