Die Miete fasst Strom, Internet, GEZ, Waschmittel etc. sowie eine wöchentliche Reinigungskraft mit ein.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im ruhigen Hinterhaus direkt auf der Kantstr.
Die U7 Wilmersdorferstr. erreichst du zu Fuß in 2min, den S- und Regionalbahnhof Charlottenburg in 5min.
