Ab 01. Januar ist das 28 qm Zimmer frei - möbliert. Ich freue mich auf eine neu(n) Mitbewohner:in bis 12 Monate (kürzer auch möglich / länger ebenso, wenn wir uns gut verstehen). Einzug kann auch zum 15.01. sein.
Sauberes, helles und großes Zimmer (28m2), gemütlich und modern eingerichtet, in einem typischen Berliner Altbau, zentral in Charlottenburg (City West), eine ruhige Parallelstraße zum Kurfürstendamm und ca. 8 min vom Savignyplatz entfernt. Es gibt in der Nähe viele kleine Restaurants, Cafe´s und Shops.
Das Zimmer verfügt über ein bequemes Doppelbett (140x200cm), Sofa, Schrank, Tisch und TV.
Bettwäsche aus 100% Baumwolle, Federkissen und flauschigen Bettdecken (im Winter) kann gern bereitgestellt werden. Handtücher ebenso.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist 95 qm groß, Altbau, Dielenfußboden überall und generell schön hell. Es gibt eine Wohnküche mit Geschirrspüler sowie ein großes Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche. Geschirr etc. und Waschmaschine kann alles gern mitbenutzt werden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus, 4.OG ohne Fahrstuhl. Ein Balkon ist nicht vorhanden.
Das Zimmer kostet 680 EUR (warm inkl. Strom + Heizung, Internet, TV + Anschluss, Rundfunkgebühr + Putzfrau aller 2 Wochen).

I am looking for a flatmate.
The 28 sqm room is available from 01 January - furnished. I am looking forward to a new flatmate for up to 12 months (shorter also possible, longer as well, if we get along well). The move-in can also take place on January 15th.
Clean, private, bright and large room (28m2), cosy and modern furnished, in a typical Berlin old building, centrally located in Charlottenburg (City West), a quiet parallel street to Kurfürstendamm and about 8 min from Savignyplatz. There are many small restaurants, cafés and shops nearby. If anyone is visiting a trade fair, the ICC is not far away.
The room has a comfortable Queensize bed (140x200 cm), sofa, wardrobe, table, and TV.
Bed linen made of 100% cotton, feather pillows and fluffy duvets (in winter) can be provided. Towels as well.
The entire flat is 95 sqm, typical Berliner “Altbau”, floorboards everywhere and generally nice and bright. There is a kitchen-living room with dishwasher and a large bathroom with bathtub and shower. Dishes etc. and washing machine can all be shared.
The flat is located in the rear building, 4th floor without lift. There is no balcony.
The room costs 680 EUR (warm incl. electricity + heating, internet, TV + connection, radio fee + cleaning lady every 2 weeks).

WG-Leben
Du wirst die Wohnung mit mir teilen. Ich bin eine entspannte, umgängliche und offene Person. Ich arbeite Vollzeit - halbe Woche zu Hause / halbe Woche im Büro. Am Wochenende ist mein Hund bei mir, den ich mir mit jemanden teile. Er ist ein sehr freundlicher und lieber Hund.
Ich schätze ein ruhiges und respektvolles Zusammenleben. Es gibt keine strengen Reinigungsregeln, aber es ist toll, wenn wir die Küche und Bad immer sauber zu halten. Alle zwei Wochen haben wir eine Putzfrau.
Bevorzugt werden Mitbewohner, die werktags auch mal außer Haus arbeiten.
Gerne auch Pendler. Hier können wir auch über eine kleine Mietminderung sprechen.
Shared flat life
You will share the flat with me. I am a very sociable, relaxed and open-minded person. I work full time - half week at home / half week in the office. I have my dog with me at weekends who I share with someone. He is a very friendly and sweet dog.
We value a calm and respectful WG-life together. There are no strict cleaning rules, but we always make sure to keep the kitchen and the bathroom clean. We have a cleaning lady every two weeks
Roommates who work away from home on weekdays are preferred. Commuters are also very welcome, and we can also talk about a small rent reduction then.
Ich freue mich über eine(n) entspannten und vertrauensvolle(n) Mitbewohner:in. Es ist keine Party-WG. Wir respektieren das Leben der Nachbarn und Umgebung.
