Hallo, ihr lieben..
Hier in Fredersdorf sind 1 bis 2 schöne Zimmer auf einem alten Bauernhof frei. Den riiiiieeesigen Garten (1 Hektar) teilst du dir mit Fasanen, Buntspecht, Rehen, Hummeln Schmetterlingen uvm. 🦋🌺🌳🦌🐞☀️
Ich wünsche mir einen lebensbejahenden Menschen, der sich hier wohlfühlen will. Ich selbst esse vegetarisch, bin irgendwo zwischen Yoga, Massage, Meditation, Naturverbundenheit, Singen und Wundern zu Hause. Daher wünsche ich mir jemanden hier, der/die eine ähnliche Ausrichtung hat. Am allerschönsten wäre es, wenn wir uns gegenseitig bereichern.
Erfahrungensgemäß wohne ich lieber mit mit einer Frau als einem Mann zusammen. Das ist aber kein Ausschlusskriterium. Im Stehen pinkeln schon. 😊
Wenn die Chemie stimmt, könnt ihr auch zu zweit einziehen.
Wahlweise könntest du ein Zimmer (~17qm) haben und wir hätten dann ein Wohnzimmer/Yoga-/Behandlungsraum. Oder aber du nimmst beide (17 +19qm) für 700€ und hättest dadurch dein eigenes kleines Reich, da sie hintereinander liegen.
Auf dem Hof gibt es eine weitere Wohnung in der eine neu hinzugezogen Frau wohnt. Und einen Bauwagen, der dann aber vorübergehend unbewohnt ist.
In dem Preis ist Strom, Internet, GEZ, Hausratversicherung etc. inbegriffen. Solltest du mit der Kaution Schwierigkeiten haben, kannst du sie auch in Raten zahlen.
Eine relativ große Küche mit Kaminofen, Speisekammer, Flur und Bad würden wir uns teilen. Außerdem gibt es noch ein großes Nebengebäude auf dem Hof.
Mit der S5 ist man in 30 Minuten am Ostkreuz. Ich selbst fahre an 4 Tagen in der Woche nach Berlin rein.
Ich schreibe bestimmt in den nächsten Tagen noch mehr..

Here in Fredersdorf there are 1 or 2 beautiful rooms available on an old farm. You share the huge garden (1 hectare) with pheasants, great spotted woodpeckers, deer, bumblebees, butterflies and much more. 🦋🌺🌳🦌🐞☀️
I want a life-affirming person who wants to feel comfortable here. I myself eat a vegetarian diet and am at home somewhere between yoga, massage, meditation, closeness to nature, singing and miracles. That's why I'm looking for someone here who has a similar orientation. It would be nicest of all if we enriched each other.
From my experience, I would rather live with a woman than a man. But that is not an exclusion criterion. Peeing while standing is an exclusion criterion. 😊
If we vibe, you can move in as a couple, too.
Alternatively, you could have a room (~17sqm) and we would then have a living room/yoga/treatment room. Or you could take both (17 +19 sqm) for €700 and you would have your own little sanctuary because they are located one behind the other.
There is another apartment in the yard where a woman who has recently moved in lives. And a construction trailer, which is then temporarily uninhabited. The price includes electricity, internet, GEZ, household contents insurance, etc. If you have difficulties with the deposit, you can also pay it in installments.
We would share a relatively large kitchen with a fireplace, pantry, hallway and bathroom. There is also a large outbuilding on the farm.
With the S5 you can reach Ostkreuz in 30 minutes. I myself shuttle to Berlin 4 days a week.

Mit der S5 bist du in 30 Minuten am Ostkreuz. Ein kleiner Bio-laden, Rewe, Lidl, Penny, DM und Rossmann sind in der Nähe.
