Unsere Mitbewohnerin wird Ende April ausziehen, um ein neues Abenteuer zu beginnen, und wir werden ein freies Zimmer in unserer Wohnung in Lichtenberg zu vermieten haben.
Die Wohnung wurde kürzlich renoviert und hat eine neue Küche und ein neues Bad.
Das verfügbare Zimmer ist sehr schön, da es tagsüber viel Sonne hat und auch eine schöne Größe.
In der Miete des Zimmers (400€) sind die Möbel nicht enthalten. Bisher weiß unsere Mitbewohnerin noch nicht, ob sie die Möbel brauchen wird oder nicht. Falls sie sie nicht braucht, kann sie sie für einen guten Preis an die Person verkaufen, die in das Zimmer einzieht.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe einiger Supermärkte (Rewe, Penny, Kaufland) und 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur S-Bahn (S3) und Ubahn (U5). Auch mit dem Bus gibt es einige Möglichkeiten.

Our flatmate will leave at the end of April to start a new adventure and we will have a free room to rent in our apartment in Lichtenberg. The apartment was renovated recently so it has a new kitchen and bathroom.
The room available is quite nice as it has lots of sun during the day and a nice size too.
The rent of the room (400€) doesn't include the furniture. So far our flatmate doesn't know if she will need the furniture or not. In case she doesn't need it she can sell it to the person that is moving to the room for a nice price.
The apartment is near a few supermarkets (Rewe, Penny, Kaufland) and 15 minutos by walk to the Sbahn (S3) and Ubahn (U5). As well as there are a few options by bus. In case you are interested let us know to schedule an interview in person or by video call.

The apartment is located in Friedrichsfelde near Tierpark, Rummelsburg train station and Friedrichsfelde. Closer from this apartment is subway Friedrichsfelde (1km), subway Tierpark (1km) and suburban train station Rummelsburg (1,3 km). If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place, you are in the right location - here you can also find gym, four supermarkets and several parks.
You'll be sharing an apartment with me Tiago and Gabriele - I come from Portugal and I am a freelance illustrator, animator, and course manager at the Volkshochschule Neukölln currently preparing an application for Ph.D. at the Babelsberg Film University. Gabriele is a UI/UX Designer from Italy and works in a creative studio near Rummelsburg. I'll be glad if we can get to know each other. Preferably we're looking for a calm shared flat where we socialize and sometimes can even prepare a meal together. Attention: this is not a party WG!
