This beautiful, bright room has 46 square metres of space for you to spread out, and you also have a clear view of the (hopefully) blue sky over Berlin.
The room will be handed over empty (without the furniture in the pictures).
Unsere Wohnung ist 5 Minuten vom Ostkreuz entfernt und es ist außerdem nicht weit zum Trubel in Friedrichshain oder zum Sonnenspaziergang an der Rummelsburger Bucht. Die Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs finden sich ebenso direkt vor der Haustüre.
Our flat is 5 minutes from Ostkreuz and it is also not far from the hustle and bustle of Friedrichshain or a sunbathed stroll along Rummelsburger Bucht. Daily necessities can also be found right on the doorstep.
Du wirst hier mit Gerry und Kelly wohnen.
Wir erkunden gerne gemeinsam die Stadt, quatschen in der Küche oder spielen auch mal etwas zusammen. Du solltest also Lust auf etwas Gemeinschaft haben. Es bleibt aber auch genügend Zeit und Raum, um sich zurückzuziehen.
Außerdem wohnen hier noch Kai und Kai. Beide sind aber nicht so oft in der Stadt, daher ist es eher eine 3er-WG als eine 5er-WG ;-)
Wir denken, dass eine Wohnung der Ort ist, an dem sich alle wohl und zuhause fühlen sollen. Daher ist uns eine offene Kommunikation, gegenseitiger Respekt und Toleranz sehr wichtig :-)
You'll be living here with Gerry and Kelly.
We like to explore the city together, chat in the kitchen or sometimes play a few games together. So you should be up for a bit of company. But there's also plenty of room for me-time.
Kai and Kai live here too. However, they're not in the city that often, so it's more of a 3-person flat share than a 5-person flat share ;-)
We believe that a flat is a place where everyone should feel comfortable and at home. That's why open communication, mutual respect and tolerance are very important to us :-)
Wichtig: Kelly spricht kein Deutsch. Du solltest also kein Problem damit haben, hier im Alltag Englisch zu sprechen.
Zu Besichtigungen können wir euch ab der zweiten Maiwoche einladen.
Bitte habt Verständnis, dass wir zum Antworten ein bisschen brauchen. Wir melden uns aber auf jeden fall bei euch :-)
Important: Kelly does not speak German. So you should have no problem speaking English in everyday life here.
Visits can be arranged from the second week of May.
