Vermiete ein 16qm-Zimmer mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, Kommode, Schreibtisch+Sessel. Das Ganze im Erdgeschoss und zur Straße hin - allerdings relativ ruhig gelegen.
Die Wohnung verfügt darüber hinaus über ein geräumiges Bad mit Dusche/Wanne, WC, Waschmaschine, und eine gemütliche, voll-ausgestattete Küche zum Hof .
Bettwäsche, Bettzeug und Handtücher werden gern mit gestellt.
Die Miete liegt ingesamt bei 450€ pro Monat, die Kaution bei 300€.
Miete für nur einen Teil der Zeit wäre auch möglich - schreibt mich einfach an.

I rent out one room (around 16qm) with a bed, a closet, a dresser and a desk +chair. The apartment is on the ground floor in a quiet neighborhood.
The flat has a spacy bathroom with shower/bathtub, WC and a washing machine, as well as a cozy, fully equipped kitchen.
Bedding, sheets and towels can be provided.
The deposit (300€) is to be paid before the rental time starts. Rent is 450€ per month.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Friedrichshain. Die Kieze sind sehr nah, die direkte Umgebung ist aber eher ruhig.

Supermärkte, ein charmantes Kino mit Kneipe sowie nette kleine Restaurants - alles ums Eck.

The flat is in Friedrichshain, super central - the Kiez is close by, but the direct neighbourhood is rather quiet.

Supermarkets, a charming cinema with pub as well as small restaurants are close by.
Ich bin eine gesellige Mitbewohnerin und mag es gern, auf einen Schnack in der Küche zusammen zu kommen, auch mal gemeinsam zu Kochen oder wenn es sich ergibt auch auswärts was zu machen. WG-Parties und komplett durchzechte Nächte kommen aber eher selten vor und es wird auch Tage geben, an denen ich eher Zeit für mich brauche. Manchmal arbeite ich von zuhause, den Großteil der Zeit aber eher vom Büro aus.

I enjoy living with roomies and like to get together in the kitchen for a chat or the occasional WG dinner. Big parties or hungover nights have become rather rare and there might be days when I need a little alone time. I mostly work from the office, but every so often also from home.
