Hallo zusammen,
ich bin arbeitstechnisch unterwegs und möchte mein schönes Zimmer am Ostkreuz untervermieten.
Das Zimmer ist circa 18qm groß und befindet sich im 3.OG eines renovierten Altbaus. Es hat einen schönen Parkettboden und hohe Decken. Durch die großen Fenster kommt viel Licht ins Zimmer, zumal wir direkt gegenüber einer kleinen Grünfläche wohnen. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett, ein Schreibtisch, Schrank und zwei kleinere Regale. Das würde ich auch alles frei machen.
Wir teilen uns die Küche, ein Badezimmer und ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit einem bequemen Sofa. Von dem Balkon hat man eine sehr schöne Aussicht.
Anmeldung ist nicht möglich. Es wird ein Untermietvertrag aufgesetzt.

Hello everyone,
I am travelling for work and would like to sublet my nice room at Ostkreuz.
The room is about 18 square metres in size and is located on the 3rd floor of a renovated old building. It has a beautiful parquet floor and high ceilings. The large windows let a lot of light into the room, especially as we live directly opposite a small green area. The room has a double bed, a desk, wardrobe and two smaller shelves. I would leave all of that empty.
We share the kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa. There is a very nice view from the balcony.
Registration is not possible. You will get a sublet contract.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Ostkreuz. Die Ringbahn sowie die S3/S5/S7 sind in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Straße und in dem Bezirk befinden sich unzählige Spätis, Kneipen, Restaurants, Grünflächen, Einkaufsmoglichkeiten ... alles was man sich wünschen kann!

The flat is just a few minutes by foot from Ostkreuz, where you can take the circle line or the S3/S5/S7 to get pretty much anywhere you want. The street and the area are very lively with a ton of spätis, bars and restaurants nearby.
In der WG verbleiben meine Mitbewohner Martin und Florence. Friedrich ist 25 Jahre alt und kommt ursprünglich aus Berlin. Er hat vor kurzem sein Physikstudium abgeschlossen und sucht sich nun nach einem Job um. Er liest gern, tanzt gern und ist gerne draußen unterwegs. Florence ist neu in der WG. Sie ist für ihre Promotion in Geschichte aus England nach Berlin gekommen, geht gern zum Yoga und entdeckt Berlin.
In der Wg kochen wir gerne zusammen vegetarisch / vegan oder gehen auch mal Essen, wenn es etwas zu feiern gibt und freuen uns über Gelegenheiten über Gott und die Welt zu quatschen.
Obwohl wir keine Sauberkeitsverrückten sind, ist es uns wichtig, dass die Zimmer, die wir uns teilen (Küche, Wohnzimmer, Badezimmer/Toiletten) sauber bleiben und regelmäßig geputzt werden. Aktuell hat jeder von uns einmal in der Woche die Aufgabe sich um einen der Bereiche zu kümmern.

My lovely flatmates Martin and Florence remain in the flat share. Friedrich is 25 years old and originally from Berlin. He recently finished his physics degree and is now looking for a job. He likes reading, dancing and being outdoors.
Florence is new in the flat. She came to Berlin from the UK to do her PhD in history, enjoys doing yoga and exploring Berlin.
In the flat share we like to cook vegetarian/vegan meals together or go out to eat when there's something to celebrate and enjoy opportunities to chat.
Although we're not crazy about cleanliness, it's important to us that the rooms we share (kitchen, living room, bathroom/toilets) stay clean and are cleaned regularly. Currently, each of us has the task of looking after one of these areas once a week.
Falls die WG ein guter Ausgangsort für deine weitere Wohnungssuche oder eine Unterkunft für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist, freue ich mich von dir zu hören.
