I'm renting out one room in the beautiful place where I live. The appartment is a Loft in the 5th floor with a lot sunlight and space.

The room will be free from 30 of April and initially I'd like to rent it out for a few months to see how is the dynamic between us and see if we are a good fit. If everything works out well a longer period of time would be possible..
I'm looking for someone who also can take care of the place and feels part of the home. Someone respectful of each others space and choices but also with a sense of community living. Someone openminded and relaxed which helps me to keep the vibe of the space.
The flat is located just 1 block away from Warschauer S Bahn station, in Friedrichshain 10243.
The room that I'm renting is about 30 sq meters, really bright and cosy with an amazing view. Also, as I mention before, we have a huge common area (a.k.a "salon") wonderful for relaxing and enjoying a beer in company.
The flat is fully equipped and ready to be enjoyed. Fast Internet, good audio system and disco ball included ;)
