Wir sind 2 WG Mitbewohner(m), davon einer viel unterwegs als Musiker, der andere in Vollzeit Lohnarbeit :( und suchen eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in ab Ende November (29.11), vorerst für einen Monat (bis Januar) mit Möglichkeit auf Verlängerung (wirklich). Das WG Zimmer ist teilmöbiliert (Couch, Regale, bei Bedarf Matratze & Schreibtisch(-&stuhl).
Das Zimmer ist im EG, Altbau, sehr geräumig und hell.
Für Fotos von der WG & ein Gespräch, schreib uns doch eine Mail mit ein paar Punkten über dich (copy-paste ist fein, wir möchten dich bei der Wohnungssuche nicht noch zusätzlich stressen).
Die Anbindung ist super (Tram, SBahn/Ring, U5 vor der Nase), die Lage trotzdem ruhig und wir auch (LOL).
We are 2 flatmates, one of us is traveling a lot as a musician, the other one is working full-time :( and we are looking for a new flatmate from the end of November (29.11), initially for one month (until January) with the possibility of extension. The room for rent is partly furnished (couch, shelves, mattress & desk(-&chair) if needed).
The room is on the ground floor, Altbau, very spacious and bright.
For photos of the flat share & a conversation, please write us an e-mail with a few points about yourself (copy-paste is fine, we don't want to stress you out even more when looking for an apartment).
The connection is great (streetcar, suburban train/ring, U5 in front of your nose), the location is still quiet and so are we (LOL).
Friedrichshain: Nähe U5, Ringbahn, Tram, aber ruhige Nebenstraße mit Park, 15 Minuten zum Boxhagener Platz zu Fuß
Edeka, Spätis, Asiamarkt in 2-5 Mins Fußweg

Als Musiker viel unterwegs und Lohnarbeit in Vollzeit - wir sind eine entspannte, ruhige WG, jede*r macht sein Ding, aber wir sitzen auch gern mal zusammen in der Küche.
