I am subrenting my beautiful and absolutely spacious room on Frankfurter Allee! The apartment comprises three rooms (2 bedrooms and one living room), a balcony, a kitchen and a bathroom.
We live in an old building, which means the rooms are generally very large with high ceilings, and are very spacious.
The room has a large closet, a chest of drawers, a desk and shelves and a large bed (1.80 x 2.00 m).
There is a living room of 32m² with a couch and a dining table and a kitchen where you can also sit together.

Ich vermiete mein wunderschönes und sehr großräumiges Zimmer an der Frankfurter Allee. Die Wohnung umfasst drei Zimmer (zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer), einen Balkon, eine Küche und ein Bad.
Wir leben in einem Altbau, d.h. die Räume sind generell sehr groß mit hohen Decken, und die Zimmer bieten sehr viel Platz.
Im Zimmer befindet sich ein großer Schrank, eine Kommode, eine Couch und Regale und ein großes Bett (1.80 x 2,00 m).
Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer von 32m² mit Couch und Esstisch und eine Küche, in der man auch zusammensitzen kann.
The apartment is located in Friedrichshain, a 2-minute walk from the U5 Samariter Str. From here it is five stations to Alex and one station to the Ringbahn (Frankfurter Allee). The popular Simon-Dach Kiez with numerous bars and restaurants can also be reached in 5 minutes. There are many shopping options (Edeka, Netto, DM and many smaller shops) and you will never get bored here.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Friedrichshain in 2 Minuten fußnähe der U5 Samariter Str. Von hier sind es fünf Stationen bis zum Alex und eine Station zur Ringbahn (Frankfurter Allee). Auch der beliebte Simon-Dach Kiez mit zahlreichen Bars und Restaurants ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Es gibt viele Einkaufmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Netto, DM und viele kleinere Läden) und auch so wird es einem hier nie langweilig.
The second room is to subrented by Tobias who is very sociable and looking forward to meeting new people. Generally, the flat is very spacious and allows for home office, hosting dinners, but also offers space to retreat and rest.
Preferable, we are looking for someone to subrent the flat for the whole period (7 months). Moving out dates are somewhat flexible and can be discussed. An Anmeldung is not possible at this point.
There may be a possibility to extend the subrent, the options for which can be discussed.
The rent (900 Euros) encompasses all costs, including Wifi, gas, electricity, insurance etc.

Das Zimmer sollte für den gesamten Zeitraum gemietet werden (7 Monate). Eine Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich.
Es gibt eventuell die Möglichkeit, die Untermiete zu verlängern und die genauen Auszugsdaten können individuell abgestimmt werden. Die Möglichkeiten hierzu können wir noch einmal besprechen.
Die Miete (900 Euro) beinhaltet alle Kosten, einschliesslich Internet, Gas, Elektrizitaet, Gez, Versicherung etc.
