This is a big room of 25qm with a nice view in the calm and green backyard. Additional to this room you will have access to a huge walk-in wardrobe / storage space.
It will be fully new furnished:
A unique wooden podest has an integrated mattress of 1,8m width that suits up to two people. It is enlighted by mamor stone.
Also a wardrobe, design office chair, electrical adjustable working desk, lamp, TV, really everything is there! A new cosy sofa with another sleeping place for guests will be in installed.
The high ceiling of 3m ensures a nice atmosphere.
The new windows are double glazed. This is temperature insulating and you don't hear any noise from outside.

Your salary shall be at least 1.800€ per month or equivalant fundings available.

This flat with a total of 72sqm and 2 rooms (heigh ceilings 3m) is located right in an hip area of Friedrichshain.
There are many Bars and Restaurants very close by.
The nearest public transport station is S-Bahn Warschauer Str. (7min) or Ostkreuz (9min) or U-Bahn Frankfurter Allee (8min).
A supermarket (ReWe, Denn's, DM) can be reached within 5min and many "Spätis" (24/7) are just around the corner.
Every Saturday you will have a great food market at the Boxhagener Platz, perfect to start into the weekend :o)

It is an ideal starting point for someone, who is new in Berlin or looks for interim let.

Couples can rent the whole apartment but NOT a single room.
