Da ich im Mai für 5 Wochen nicht in Berlin sein werde, wird mein Zimmer zur Untermiete frei.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 3er WG in Friedrichshain, nahe dem Volkspark.
Die WG liegt zentral und ist super angebunden, da man direkt vor der Haustür die M 5/6/8/10, sowie die Ringbahn und die U5 in der Nähe hat.
Der Samariter- und Boxi Kiez sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und mit dem Volkspark Friedrichshain und dem Frockenbeckplatz hat man zwei schöne Parks in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Meine Mitbewohner Hauke (28) und Sara (25) sind zwei super liebe, rücksichtsvolle und ordentliche Menschen.
Hauke studiert im Moment Ergotherapie und ist sehr sportlich aktiv. Er liebt es Rennrad zu fahren, bouldert gerne und geht gerne ins Yoga. Außerdem singt er ziemlich gut und spielt gerne Gitarre.
Sara studiert Psychologie. Sie ist gerne kreativ unterwegs und häkelt momentan sehr viel. Außerdem ist sie eine ausgebildete Yoga Lehrerin und bouldert ebenfalls gerne.
Das WG-Zimmer wird zum 01.05 frei und könnte bis max. 09.06 gemietet werden.
Der Preis für 01.05 - 31.05. 24 liegt bei 550€.
Wenn du das Zimmer für die weiteren 9 Tage Mieten möchtest liegt der Preis bei 730€.

As I will not be in Berlin for 5 weeks in May, my room is available for subletting.
The room is in a shared flat for 3 people in Friedrichshain, close to Volkspark.
The flat share is centrally located and very well connected, as the M 5/6/8/10, the Ringbahn and the U5 are right outside the front door.
The Samariter- and Boxi Kiez are within walking distance and with the Volkspark Friedrichshain and Frockenbeckplatz you have two beautiful parks in the immediate vicinity.
My flatmates Hauke (28) and Sara (25) are two super nice, considerate and tidy people.
Hauke is currently studying occupational therapy and is very active in sports. He loves cycling, bouldering and yoga. He also sings quite well and enjoys playing the guitar.
Sara is studying psychology. She likes to be creative and is currently crocheting a lot. She is also a qualified yoga teacher and enjoys bouldering.
The shared room will be available on 01.05 and could be rented until 09.06 at the latest.
The price for 01.05 - 31.05. 24 is 550€.
If you want to rent the room for the other 9 days the price is 730€.
